Character Progress Erasure?

I was working on some crafting on my friends and I's multiplayer server when I lost power randomly. When I relaunched the game my entire character progress had been reset and all my items were deleted. It spawned me back where I first spawned around 30 hours of gameplay ago. Anyone know how to recover the data or is it just lost?

You can get your levels back using the giveselfxp command. You can get your inventory back from the Creative Menu. (cm in F1 console)

I'd recommend backups if your power is unreliable.
