Changing the value of ControlPanelPassword outside serverconfig.xml

I would like to know and maybe get an example if you are so kind about setting ControlPanelPassword  from outside serverconfig.xml

What are the ways to do that and is that even possible? I would like that serverconfig.xml would not contain Password for the Control Panel.
