Certain Mod making items in backpack fairly small

Basically I've got a mod that makes the items within the backpack kinda smaller than usual and shifting them off center from the storage slots, while making the icons and number just slightly too small to comfortably read.

Could someone point me to the xml file in the base game that controls that and what section it would be in? So I can hunt down the mod that is doing it and either change it back to vanilla or disable it?
