PC Cement mixer...

I have the materials to craft the cement mixer but I'm not level 35 ? to unlock and craft the workbench..

You cant craft the cement mixer if you have not unlocked the workbench ?

I found one in a garage but when I click craft it wouldn't and I then noticed the cement mixer is greyed out.. so maybe that has to be unlocked ?

Read what the int perk says, it might unlock both with same perk or with higher perk tier.

To build the cement mixer you must be at least level 40 and have Advanced Engineering at level 2.

It would be nice if they included stuff like this in the description of the cement mixer ( in the descriptions of everything ).

Yea having the description tell you everything you actually need, not just materials, would be nice. Been bit by that more than once where I bought a perk thinking I would be able to make something only to learn I needed some other perk as well.

For now, if the icon for the item is grayed out then that means you don't have the correct perk. Mousing over the lock in the perk menu will tell you what the requirements are if you have not met them yet.
