Digging pits and placing spike traps in them got me thinking: wouldn't it be nice if we were able to cover them with a craftable carpet of leaves? You know, the classic pit trap. We'd only need to be able to craft and place an item that is essentially a 2D surface that collapses when walked on (and is treated like an solid surface for AI pathing). This could also be utilized for making actual carpets from cloth or leather, for added survivor comfort. Ah, a romantic canned food dinner by the fireplace, in the nude, on a fur carpet!
