Can't play the game since update

Hello! 

Few days ago I had an update for the game on Steam, and since then i can't really play the game - it looks like im offline?

Tried few things and then gave up:

-reinstall

-drivers update

-c++ update

-instaliing on diffrent disc

-disabling any kind of antivirus/firewall protection

-reinstalling steam

-using like -dx11 lanuch command and so on

Also the thing is from time to time Steam is "finding 1 corrupted file" or smth which is sucessfully downloaded, but problem remains.

Im very grateful for any kind of help.

Also, check your system's clock, if it gets out of sync then EOS won't work as it uses your time as part of authenication.
