Can't craft barbed wire mod

I have the barbed wire mod schematic, and all the ingredients (more than enough resources in fact), as well as tier 1 of yeah science, as required by said recipe. I'm using a workbench, but still can't craft it. The craft button is greyed out.

Is this a bug?

Sorry, apparently I can't read. It wants Yeah Science tier 2, which I don't have.
