Windows Cannot Retrieve Server Information

I'm suddenly unable to connect to my Nitrado 7DTD server. I can find it on the server browser, but I get the error "Cannot Retrieve Server Information" when I try to connect. This happens regardless of which PC I use, and it happens with my XBox also (this is a cross platform server that has had no issues with PC or XBox players previously). One other player, who lives in another state and is on PC, can connect without issue - the other players aren't available right now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 7DTD and stopping and restarting the server. I also can't connect to any OTHER 7DTD servers - I get the same exact error. So it seems it's not an issue with the server itself.

I'm able to connect without issue to all other internet based games and services. This is the first time I've had this issue and it started for, as far as I can tell, absolutely no reason - I'm at a total loss here! Any help would be welcomed!

Could try restarting whatever router you use and your PC. If that doesn't work, try connecting through the IP using the server's local address if you can, not the public one.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried restarting the router twice with no luck. I've also tried connecting using the IP address in the server's dashboard. Also no luck. I've also tried using port forwarding for the game port (26800) - also no luck. I do think it's some sort of router/port forwarding issue but I can't for the life of me I can't figure out how to fix it or why it suddenly started after several weeks. This server has been running since 2.0 was released, and since it's not limited to my server, and affects all of my devices, it's pretty clearly an issue with my internet - but for this game only. Weird!

Further information - I had a server on Indifferent Broccoli, which I switched away from since they didn't support crossplay yet. It hadn't expired yet, and I updated it to 2.0 and connected just fine. I tried disabling crossplay on Nitrado and it didn't help. I'm only getting more confused as I go along, lol.

Is there way a for you to post the output logs from the Nitrado server you can't connect to?

Sure, here's the latest output log. Also, another player, who's on XBox and lives halfway across the country from me, also can't connect and gets the same error message.

Thanks so much for your help!
You're welcome! I am not a log expert, but this way someone else who is can look at them and help ^_^
