Cannot join online servers

For some reason I am not able to join an online server. It keeps timing out after attempting to load in for about a minute. Also my GF had an Xbox and it’s doing the same thing for her. We got his game to play together but not able to play online at all

 
This forum section is for advertising hosted dedicated servers. Please post in the appropriate section. There is already a thread on this subject in the Console discussion section.
