Cannot connect to xbox live

Installed the game pass PC version. First you cant even open the game through the xbox app ( EAC cant detect the exe) so you need to go into the folder and use one of the first 2 exes. Then once you get the game running it doesnt prompt a sign in leading to a xbl connection error? code is 0x89245110

 
If you are still having this issue, please try to uncheck the box about using EAC in the launcher (window pop up when you start from xbox app) and start from xbox app. I had the same issue and I succeed to start game.
