Cannot connect to my own LAN server

Hi,

New to server hosting here.  I setup a server on a second PC in the living room. (let's call it Server PC)

I'm forwarding port 26900-26903 to the server pc local ip : 192.168.0.2

My friend can see the server online, connect to it from his house and everything runs smoothly on his side.

Ma main gaming PC cannot connect to the server.  It gives me this message :   Server disconnected you : Server closed the connection

When I tested earlier, I was forwarding 26900-26903 to my gaming pc's local IP : 192.168.0.146 and I could access the server.

Is there a simple fix to my issue?

My first thought is no NAT loopback/pinhole/whatever you want to call it. More details are needed. Please also read the Pinned threads before posting.
