Can I install older game versions (alpha16.4) onto my server

Hello,

I purchased a game server and it has the latest version of the game running. I would like to install an earlier version (alpha16.4).

I was wondering if this was possible and if so how it can be done. I have access to the FTP but dont know if there are certain files I need to replace or whether I must replace everything.

I know how to install 16.4 through Properties > BETAS for my personal PC, but do not know how to change the BETAS through FTP for my server.

Sure can. I run about 5 different versions sometimes. Just make sure to keep everything separated.

You're running through a rental hosting though, so it'll be a little limited. Check with your hoster. Most of the good ones will have a drop-down list for you to select what build you want to use, and you can choose any version currently available in the Steam drop-down menu.
