PC can anyone tell me whatt this icon means

It means its a helper block. If you hold R on it you can select and choose to convert it to different types of blocks like ramps for instance.

 
Hold R and you can access a shape menu, where you can change the shape of the blocks you put down. Instead of having like 20 recipes per block, now its just one, and you can change the shape on the fly before you place it via that menu. The icon just denotes that its a block with a shape menu.
