I think I saw someone report this a while ago, but as soon as I started the Tier 1 Buried Supplies Quest, it failed as soon as I pressed E at the flag to begin the quest. I did the first one, but the second one was higher on a bit of a hill, and that was the one that failed. I don't know if it will keep happening now or not since I have not gotten another Buried Supplies quest after the failed one.

- Do buried supplies quests to see if it will happen at all and how many times it will happen.
