Step 1: Load save as per usual
Step 2: Ask a friend that plays on the world with you to join
Step 3: Ask friend to turn off forges, lights, cement mixers or anything of the sort.
Step 4: By this point you should be able to spawn in and enjoy the game again
Side note: Before exiting the world turn everything off to prevent this from happening in the future.
This worked on PS5 as of 07/04/2025 version 1.3. hope this helps people that are stuck and have no clear answer
