Bug ! Reset account Lv 1

Hallo. i have a big problem/error/bug ....... 

maybe somoane hnow 

sometimes random reset 1 account from player ...lv 1 and all item deleted ... i dont understand why....and id game change like new account 

example : id 1080 name george  .......and then reset account id 10780 name george .....

the think its bedroll and all stuf from chest its ok ..works ... :l   just account reset .....

Usually because the game wasn't exited properly, so the save is now corrupted.

Would need you to read the Sticky thread that instructs you to read it before posting, and then follow the directions.
