Windows broken twitch drops

I have credit on twitch for the pimp and new streamer drops and its not showing or letting me use them in the game pimp hat example included,

any help would be appreciated I tried to email about it with no response twitch told me they cant help with drop credit it is to do with the developer

I have the same issue. Got the hat 3 months ago and was wearing it but it's no longer in my cosmetics inventory

EDIT: Got an error in game saying I didn't unlock it

Just a heads up, I disconnected my Twitch account from 7 Days in the Connections area of Settings on Twitch (Other Connections) and then reconnected on the Drops page. That gave me my hat back but I'm still waiting on the Mo' Power drops I earned to show up. Hope this helps you.

Did you do the full time to get the Outfit?
The first hour is the Hat, then watch for an other hour to get the Outfit. Is it showing in your Twitch profile (in Drops and Rewards) as being completed?

Alright I just checked it today and it's been added so I guess it was fixed

I'm not sure but I was asking around on Twitch they said it takes 72 hours for them to add it but I end up relinking my account to the website To just to be sure

I relinked my account to get my pimp hat to show up again but it's been a week and I don't have the Mo' Power set yet. I'll try unlinking and relinking again at the end of the week

Make sure you're on 2.4 b6. That was the hotfix for the outfit.
