Brightness issue

Hey all,

I am having issues with Brightness. The screen is a total washout with the Alpha at 0%.

AMD 5700 XT with a Freesync monitor. I have tried turning off sun shafts, reflections.

it also seems to be a problem some of the time not all of the time. Any help or guidance appreciated.

 
Update: I think I may have fixed it. I set the Thermal setting to Performance. It was on the Balanced setting.
