Windows breaking ladder graphic glitch

I was sneaking and broke a ladder with basic lv1 stone axe while crouching and looking straight down in "The Wright Residence" and in the moment the second ladder under me was broken in that locations library I occured a glitch that let me partially see through blocks or something and also it seems like to be a kind of only a whole chunk error

after placing a block in that chunk everything went back to normal

Thank you for reporting.
We were having these texture issues a while back. It was randomly happening when a block was triggered/altered in POIs and player built buildings. The issue has been resolved, and should not be happening anymore, or at least not as frequently. I'm sorry you had to run into it, and hopefully you won't in the current stable.
