PC Borderless fullscreen?

Did this used to be an option and get removed with A17 stable? I feel like I used to alt+tab out all the time, and now i can't unless windowed. Everything is working as intended i guess...just curious if my memory is faulty or if borderless was an option that got removed.

 
It's an option via command-line argument.

Open the Properties in your Steam library. Click on "Set Launch Options". Enter "-popupwindow" without the quotes into the window. Click OK, then click Close.

Once the client opens, go into settings, and set it to windowed.

 
Right click in Steam library, Properties, Launch Options, -popupwindow

Make sure full screen mode is off in the game launcher and in the in-game options.
