PC Bomb Shelter PoI?

Did they remove the bomb shelter PoI from RWG?  Day 22 in my game (a19.2) and I've discovered half a dozen towns, but this PoI is not to be found anywhere.

The one I've enjoyed most is still in.  It's the one with the little shed with stuff in it and a well out back with an entrance to the shelter below.  But there are others and I've seen them all in A19 so far.

Try a different seed maybe?

 
The classic small shelter under a small yard has been overhauled. Some old features and general layout are still similar to the original. Like the barracks with the safe, entrance into kitchen through vent duct and such. I did not recognize it on the surface at first though. 

 
They are both still in Pregen02

Both look the same up top, and down below from what I recall from before.

No zeds to clear in either one either.

(the small one makes a great starter base, already has a fence around it, easy to upgrade. The other used to be good until diggers showed up (blech))

 
lol...I misread the title and thought we were going to be voting on something.

Well, anyway, I'm FOR bomb shelters. I vote yes.

Day 35 in game 1 and day 29 in game 2 and still haven't found the bomb shelter PoI in either.  I'm thinking it doesn't exist anymore, so I settled on the one in the well.  I like that one a lot too.
