In my first foray into the snow biome in A17 I started noticing a blur or artifacting around objects like small stones and bird nests. It is most noticable when I'm moving, but I can see it on nests even when I'm standing still. I tried adjusting some settings, but can't get rid of it. I do not remember ever seeing this in A16.
I have an Nvidia 1080 and had the control panel settings tweaked, but have defaulted them for testing. I also tried changing 7 Days video settings, but cannot get rid of it. My current 7 Days video settings are:
