Block Shape/Rotation Issue

So yesterday I was pressing the 'R' key to change the shape of a Wood Frame Block. Now whenever I press 'R', while holding a Wood Frame Block, it rotates the block. I now have to hold 'R' to get to the block shape menu. Is there a way to change this back? I'm not sure what I did to cause it to change.

Its a new feature in 18.4 to reverse rotations. I would assume it would be most useful when using advance rotations and you passed the one you want and can now go back without having to cycle through all of the rotations again.
