is their a way for the admin server owner to remove a players block (anyblock not LCB) from a claimed area without removing their claim or being allied with them?

as the server owner i need to remove some blocks that are on other players bases but dont want to remove their claim block or allied with them.

not sure if the admin tools have something that could do it. In creative click on the dev icon and type in admin...should get some tools. Can try. Won't hurt.
