Blank Start Screen

I'm having an issue where the game boots up until "loading textures" and then give me a blank start screen with just the logo. No available mouse movement. Anything. Any ideas?

 
You could try cleaning your game using the Launcher/Tools/Clean game data... menu.

If that doesn't work, post a log file.

 
This post has some suggestions regarding this kind of problem.  Graphics drivers, gl core, mod requiring EAC off are all mentioned.
