Hello y'all! So I own an IRL bike and trailer that has MUCHO carrying capacity......! I think it would be awesome if it could get modded into the game to improve the current bike's carrying capacity...! Coincidentally the blue coolers I use IRL look an awful lot like the ones in the game! I'm attaching a pic of the rig with a few specs to hopefully see my fun pimp dreams come true...! There are already hundrets of mods that increase capacity of every kind of inventory in the game.

However, they don't change the visuals, if that is your primary focus.
