my question is, a see a server on normal liste on servers with bigger forge and chest minbike and EAC, and my question is how?

can me anyone tell me??

Interfaces like the forge and the minibike are controlled by "windows.xml", located at "Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Config\XUi". A quick search told me that this mod should have what you are looking for:

Download, compare the xml-code of the mod with vanilla's code and go from there.
