Better support for friends sharing a base (land claim)

Please allow for the option to allow friends to pick up blocks placed in a land claim.

I play with a few friends and our times only overlap by a few hours. If someone needs a block picked up, particularly when it comes to running electricity and lights, they often have to wait for the next day for the land claim owner to come online.
