Might be cool if there was an element of heroism..:
May make the game seem less "loner-y"
- Saving/Escorting Citizens (Think City of Heroes)
- Building a base(town) to protect citizens. The base would require food and water. The bigger the base, the more citizens would show up to pay you for your protection. (Think Fallout 4 sorta.)
