Bag/Storage buttons

I read in the latest notes that you could un-comment the bag/stack/stash buttons that so many modlets can do as it is already baked into the game.  But, I can not find it.  I might be blind, can someone point me in the right direction?

In xui/windows.xml search backpack.

Or look for khaines or jaxtellers backpack buttons modlet already done for you
