Backpack missing and player keeps spawning near missing backpack

I am a player on a server and my backpack is not at the location it says it is and i've cleared the whole area. The server owner and myself have done everything to locate it over the last few days and still not able to find it. Is there a command or something to remove respawn points or remove backpacks off a players list to allow those that this happens to be able to have this removed. Or make it where it spawns at the most recent backpack spawn instead of a previous one so that if you are doing a mission on say the other side of the map your not sent across map and have to make your way across it and hope your new backpack doesn't disappear.

Might be worth looking into this thread, someone had a similar issue with phantom backpacks and was able to resolve it by editing a file
