b289 Nomad Gloves Not Apply Damage Bonus on Charged/Infernals

As the title says, the Nomad gloves (+ damage to Radiated) do not apply their damage bonus to Charged or Infernals. Video demonstrates it.

Standard b289 Steam Install with 0 mods added.
