Auger Leveling Problem

When I use the augur my player levels faster than my mining skill, sometimes my character can go up by five to 10 levels in the course of a single evening.

Is there an xml fix that allows me to use this augur without this massive xp gain?

I believe the experience you're getting comes from what you're harvesting, rather than the tool you're using. I'll move this to the modding section.
