PC Are you hiring people for texture maping and or Bug correction and fixing?

I know a tiny bit of programming and I tend to be really good and solving bugs or problems where the code isn't working. and I'm also great at texturing. How would I apply to work for yous?

I assume I'd just sit back and if they where truly looking to recruit inbox me right on here. Or throw a beta version of a character skin from like alpha 2 and tell me to make it look awesome and we'll talk.
