Are very slow game loading times the new normal?

A20 loaded fairly slowly, but I just timed it at 13 minutes this morning to load game files and then load saved game.  No mods (yet).

Just asking...

The only bug I've seen so far is that sometimes melee knockdown attacks (seems to be any zed) drive them into the ground files, so that they appear half-buried.
