PC Apache Artifact | Remove?

I can't seem to find the Apache Artifact in the CM area and try different things, was it removed in A21 or maybe renamed something different?

the artifact chest was removed.

the Taza axe is still in game and has veryLow spawn rate.

actually it did at first... tomb was located in Navezgane hidden in the wilderness by the native indians way back when. i think they had it as a memorial for one of their deceased comrades.

i remember finding it and opening it and that creepy music (like an indian dance chat or something) would play.

Yes it was in the game.  But it felt strange opening it with that noise.   I found the box in random gen all the time.
