anna quest line help plz

Am I doing something wrong,  I have made it to anna quests, and now she just gives me the bunker quest in the waste lands quest over again, so do I need to go somewhere else or what , please someone help.

It's the last "story" quest afaik. You can destroy the portal in the bunker and call the game won, or open-end play and repeat it over and over.
