Not sure if this is a bug or not so im posting in General first ...
i recently wiped the server from Alpha16 and used the same config for Alpha17 but now the claim blocks dont actually do anything?
as you can see in the screenshot, i am not an ally or friend of this user and was able to place block and damage blocks... and no clank sound either.
