Alpha 19.1 B-8 No Release Notes?!

So I have this latest build install, and I am wondering why in steam, when I click on forum release notes, it takes me to notes on previous build (B-4). I would like to know what the updates/changes are. I tried searching the forum already, surprised this is not just 1st item on news section of the website.
