PC Alpha 18 - Military Armor Parts

I love this game! I bought the latest Modern Warfare and Star Wars games, and then spotted this had been updated. Loving it all over again.

But does anyone know where I find Military Armor Parts please? I got lucky and found the schematics for military armor and I can make the fibre, but I have cleared a couple of army outposts and not found anything. I also can't see I can make it, even locked behind a Perk. Is it buy it from a trader only or am I looking in the wrong place?

Armor, like weapons, needs to be looted or bought or gotten as quest reward. Then scrapped. Military armor as tier3 armor is very scarce in early game just like the best (tier3) weapons.

In my SP game I'm somewhere above level 40 or 50 and I just crafted the last two quality 5 military armor pieces to be fully equipped in quality5 mil armor now.

But I have been playing this SP game through all versions of A18 where drop chances of armor changed at least once or twice, so who knows what I would see if I started now.
