I’ve been reading through and haven’t really found a solid answer, but are things going to be locked behind RNG books still? Mini bike for example, is this going to be locked behind a book still or is there actual progression towards making things? Only reason I ask is it becomes frustrating when you’re well past being able to make something but beholden to waiting for the book to randomly appear.

They have said that they have reworked quite a bit of RPG elements. But have not yet mentioned anything about learning things via books.
So the only one beeing able to answer would be one of the staff... but I doubt they will, since its mostly secret.
