allocs fixes wrong ver number and other errors

good morning all..

i got the server running with zombies that run after you and not just stand there..

ive tryed to get allocs fixes working but i keep getting a few errors (see picture)

is he waiting for 1.0 to drop, before its fixed..

No errors, just warnings. The format of his ModInfo.xml should be upgraded to latest version. For now, that has zero consequences.
