all servers say Bedroll deadzone -1 blocks?

all servers say Bedroll deadzone -1 blocks?
I usually play singleplayer but of late I've been looking for a PVE server with a normal 15 blocks bedroll deadzone,
similar to how I play in single player, But when I look at ongoing servers to join they all of them say Bedroll deadzone -1 blocks.
Does that mean No deadzone in any of them?
Am I experiencing some weird glitch? Nothing I've looked up has shown that someone else has had this sort of issue.

Could someone clear this up for me.

 
Probably attempt of server admins to fix mp bedroll bug (spawning on other player bed after death). Introduced near a17 by those incompetent developers.

 
Okay thanks Ti2xGr, sounds like it's just a UI glitch preventing me from knowing which servers have which settings.
Well one day it might get fixed. Meanwhile I suppose I'll try some servers and hope that the settings are functional.
