All Firearms working underwater now

Not sure if this is intended with 2.0 but I just noticed all the firearms work underwater now. Previously only the crossbow and compound crossbow would work underwater and Zero firearms would.

Another Note: All bows are working underwater as well, Primitive, wooden and compound. Previously only Compound bows would.
