After random base explosion, unable to place blocks where they previously were.

I experienced a random, large explosion at my base that seems to have taken place in the room where I was storing my power generators. There was one random person in my server that I suspect may be behind this but I didn't see anything. The problem is that afterwards, I am unable to replace any of the blocks that are now missing. I also can't place anything like turrets or electric relays on the walls that are still standing. See video for reference. Is there a way to fix this? Or maybe even to reload my previous save from before the explosion? Any help appreciated, thank you!

It will be in the center of the area where you can't place blocks, so count from the edges to find the center.

Since it's your server you should be able to go into god mode to find it.

If you're using an API mod like CPM or BCM, they can list the LCB's so you can see exact coordinates.
