Adding a custom POI mid-game: will quests be available?

Hello, I have a question about adding a custom building to my server.
If I add a building to a map that is already 110 days old (so in an existing game), will the quest for that newly added building become available from the trader who offers quests?

As in game quest POIs added later to a map will be questable your custom POI will also be questable if you have it setup properly.
