Acembling bench or upgrade to the work bench

The acembing bench or perhaps a tlc update to the work bench allows you too

• Dismantling of items such as bullets for gun powder, guns for resources and parts, etc

• Acemble and increase stats of weapons, armors, tools, via using extra resources and parts. Upgrades protection, tools it increase you're speed, durability and damage, etc upgraded gear is marked by a Star

• Increase level of a lower tier item if you unlocked the tier for the cost of parts and less resources to make a new one kinda like combining back in alpha 15

Would love to see 4 or 5 more various types of crafting benches...Maybe a construction table that lets you craft various place-able items to decorate your base and add a new skill called builder bob that has 5 levels that unlock the various 1000s of building pieces and place-ables available.

Uncrafting is very exploitable, but a more powerful scrapping mechanic would be nice to have, if players work for it.

I like the idea of reintroducing the crafting quality mechanic, since just being able to choose the quality of craft doesn't feel right and it's pretty contrived. Even master luthiers can't pinpoint exactly the quality of each instrument they make before it's complete.
