Accessibility feature request - HUD indicators of out-of-frame zombie activity

Hello!

If playing without sound for whatever reason, either by choice or if Deaf/HoH, it's super frustrating that you can't tell if a zombie is on you until it hits you.  Would it be possible to provide a directional indicator around the edges of the screen to indicate the following statuses?

1) A mob is audible in the vicinity but has not yet noticed you

2) A mob has noticed you and is approaching to attack

Directionality would be good for ease of reaction -- I think you could have zones like the attached photo to indicate where a sound was coming from, since that data is available for purposes of creating stereo sound.
