今はGeforceを使っています。
というメッセージが表示されて全くプレイできませんでした。
アンインストールを試みたのですが、Geforceのためアンインストールできず、プレイできなくなりました。
再度プレイするのに適した処理方法を教えてください。

レポートのプラットフォームには PS5 と記載されていますが、PS5 でプレイしていて、GeForce NOW を通じてゲームにアクセスしているのですか?

可能であれば、エラーメッセージが表示されている画面のスクリーンショットを投稿してください。

iPadでプレイしていて、選択肢にiPadの項目が無かったので仕方なくPS5と選択しました

I see. Thank you for the reply.
This issue is known, and there is a fix for it being worked on already.
This issue happens when you have an empty SavesLocal folder, so for now you can workaround the issue by deleting that.
Do you have access to the SavesLocal folders? It would be at AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\SavesLocal . If you do have access to those saves, please check if one of the SavesLocal folders are empty or incomplete.
Make sure to only delete the empty/incomplete one.

If you do not have access to the SavesLocal folder, I am sorry, but you would need to wait for the upcoming fix for that error.
