A21 question..where i copy the downloaded prefab houses?

Assuming you're talking about a POI's 6 files...
%AppData%/Roaming/7DaysToDie/LocalPrefabs
But if you're talking about a modlet that contains one or more POIs, then the modlet goes here...
%AppData%/Roaming/7DaysToDie/Mods
Then the game should be able to find those POIs and RWG should include them. (That assumes the POI is properly rigged for A21's RWG.)
